Return Policy

Products must be returned in their original condition, with no damage and all accessories included.
Return shipping and customs clearance fees are to be borne by the buyer. Refunds will be processed after deducting the associated costs.



Warranty Policy

Main Unit Warranty: 24 months (2 years)
Probe Warranty: 18 months
During the warranty period, if any quality issue occurs, the defective product must be shipped back to our facility for free repair.
Extended warranty options are available up to 5 years at an additional cost.
